You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

The first exchange is on us – free shipping included.

If the product has a defect, we’ll cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs.
